The Shape of Us is a trading name of Jordan Duberry, sole trader in the United Kingdom.

We specialise in made-to-order wall art and photography prints produced using third-party print-on-demand partners (e.g., Printful).

4. Product Information

All products sold by The Shape of Us are:

• Made to order

• Produced by external print partners

5. Ordering & Contract

When placing an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email

• A contract forms once your payment is accepted

• Production typically begins immediately

Because products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once fulfilment has started.

 

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in GBP

• Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout

• Shipping and relevant taxes are displayed before checkout

• Confirmed orders are not affected by price changes

 

7. Fulfilment & Shipping

Production and shipping are handled by our fulfilment partners.

Production time: 0–1 business days
Delivery time: 3–6 business days (UK, EU & US)

8. Customs & Import Fees

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

9. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

We replace or refund items that are:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• Lost in transit
